 3. The Emergency repair team. This part is composed of technical middle-aged technicians. Their usual job is to urgently repair and lift the trapped people.

 At the same time, it cooperates with the irregular or regular internal sampling inspection system to ensure that the elevator is truly safe.

 In this way, inspection, maintenance and emergency repair are handled separately, and the running-in is continuously adjusted according to the actual situation to achieve the maximum utilization of resources and ensure the safe and normal operation of the elevator. At this time, the salary is determined based on the elevator's technology and workload. The salary of the basic maintenance group must be the lowest, and the salary of the deep maintenance group must be the highest. The skilled workers in the emergency repair team have high salaries.

Skilled employees will earn more money if they have something to do in the company, so the company's overhaul and transformation business need to expand. Low-skilled employees have low wages, but if you let him see hope, he will continue to work, so you have to give him opportunities to learn and opportunities to make money.
